We primarily serve Talladega, AL and surrounding communities. We may decline service, or apply additional charges, for locations outside our standard service area.

6. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

We will work with you to schedule service at a mutually convenient time. Please provide reasonable advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any applicable rescheduling or cancellation terms, including fees for missed or late-cancelled appointments, will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

7. Your Responsibilities as a Customer

Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms.
